House of Peace (HOP)

House of Peace (HOP) is the extension of our Church in homes, bringing salvation to lost souls and building up the faith of believers. HOP gathers weekly in homes as small groups to worship, receive teachings from the Word of God, pray together and build new friendships.

What is HOP?

HOP meets on Wednesday evenings in homes.

HOP is the extension of the Church, meeting in homes. It is a vital part of the vision of our church and ministry, which comes from the heart of God. It is a place where the Holy Spirit moves constantly, where new people attend weekly for biblical teachings, worship and prayer. HOP is a place where you can expect salvation, prophetic words and deliverance. The Lord Jesus loves every soul and does not want any to perish (2 Peter 3:9).

Why attend HOP?

  • HOP is the church’ response to the Lord’s command to go and preach the gospel to our family members, neighbours, friends and work colleagues who don’t know Jesus Christ (Matthew 28:19-20).
  • When we gather to worship God and learn about His word, there is harmony, encouragement, spiritual freedom and growth (Hebrews 10:25).
  • HOP provides spiritual covering by introducing or re-introducing people to Christ and the church.
  • HOP is open to everyone and all ages to attend. We encourage you to invite new friends weekly, especially those who don’t know Jesus. Come and encounter God by receiving hope, freedom, power and everlasting peace.  Check the Events page for weekly HOP dates. Periodically, all HOP sites will come together for Mega HOP at church.

HOP Locations: Catford, Peninsula & Plumstead, every Wednesday at 7:30pm. Contact us for location details of your nearest HOP site.
